Shipping & Delivery


The following terms govern the shipping of orders to You:

  1. Any order placed on our Website is processed within two days of successful completion of such order and is ordinarily delivered in between two to four weeks. We will notify You of a tentative delivery date once Your order has been processed.
  2. Please note that the Cash – on – Delivery option is not available as of today, if and when We decide to enable this option, We will display it on our Website and notify You at the time of payment. Order will only be shipped once payment is made by You and received by us, as only such orders are considered successful.
  3. Please note that We will try our best to ensure that Your order reaches You within the promised time, but there may be instances where the order processing or shipment is delayed. We will keep You updated on the progress regularly.
  4. You understand that once We hand over the order to the logistics partner, We are not responsible for the product. We will regularly follow up with the logistics partner, but We are not liable for any damage caused during transit or any delays caused due by the logistics partner.
  5. For certain shipments, Your State Government may charge an OCTROI Duty on the top of the price of the Product. These charges are beyond our control and cannot be reimbursed. Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTROI Duty charged by Your State Government.We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the Product or return service costs will be assessed.
  6. The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.


  1. Delivery charges will be mentioned to You when You are purchasing the product and only after You accept the same, You can proceed with confirming Your order.
  2. All orders are delivered through reputed logistics partners who will provide You a tracking ID for Your order by which You can track Your delivery status on the Website of the respective logistics company. We will email You the tracking number after We dispatch Your order.
  3. As soon as the Products are received and signed for, delivery is considered complete. If the concerned person is not available to sign for delivery, then they need to suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour etc.
  4. In any instance, you understand that AMAZNG is not responsible for Product received by alternative person/ wrong delivery/ delayed delivery and the Logistics Partner shall be responsible for all such errors.
  5. AMAZNG liability for the delivery of the Product ceases when the Product has been handed over to our Logistics Partner.
  6. We shall ensure to update You with regard to Your Order’s status at every step via emails or updates on the Website. In the event You are unable to read the emails, or have not received the emails or any form of intimation, please reach out to our team at
  7. Upon delivery, You would be requested to sign a delivery form by our Agent. You are requested to sign the delivery form only if the Products are delivered in proper condition i.e. without obvious damage. Once You sign the delivery form, it shall be construed that the Product was delivered without any obvious damage to You and You will not be permitted to exchange or return the Product for such reasons. Our Logistics Partner will never attend the request for open delivery in any case, you need to mention the full and correct address, along with the recipient’s name.
  8. If a non-delivery or delayed delivery occurs due to a mistake by You (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by for re-delivery shall be claimed from You prior to shipping the Product to you the second time. In the event that you cancel your order after the failed delivery, we will deduct the shipping fees prior to any refund applicable.
