Can I cancel an order once placed?

If You would like to cancel an order once placed, please check if the order is eligible for cancellation as per AMAZNG’s Cancellations & Returns Policy.

Can I return a delivered item?

Items may be returned subject to AMAZNG's Cancellations & Returns Policy.

When will I receive a refund for my cancelled order?

It will take approximately 14 business days to revert to you regarding your cancellation request. Please visit our Online Refunds Policy for details regarding refunds.

What are the product delivery charges?

Delivery charges will be mentioned when you are purchasing the product and your order will be confirmed only after you accept the same.

How do I track my order?

All orders are delivered through reputed logistics partners who will provide a tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery status on the website of the respective logistics company. We will email you your tracking number after we dispatch your order.

Why not cash-on-delivery?

The Cash-on-Delivery option is not available for AMAZNG products as all our products require payment confirmation before the detailed design fabrication work begins. Your order will only be placed successfully once payment is received.

To which cities does AMAZNG ship products?

Currently AMAZNG ships to Mumbai, Delhi and Ahmedabad. As we expand to other cities we will inform our customers through our website and social media. Stay tuned!
