CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
- We, at AMAZNG, have an unparalleled Cancellations, Returns Policy.
We offer refund for the Products which have a Manufacturing Defect i.e. when the Product is damaged, defective, faulty. We only accept returns on orders
that are covered under clause 2. The return duration will be approximately 15 working days.
Any order placed on our Website can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order on the Website and making the payment, provided the Product has
not been already shipped to You. If the User wishes to cancel an order, the User shall drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the confirmation number sent through the email requesting cancellation within 24 hours of placing
the order. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted unless the Product falls under the categories in Clause 2.
- When a refund request is made for reasons under Clause 2, You are required to email Us at [insert cancellation/refund email id].email@example.com However every refund request shall be made within 24 hours from the time of receiving the Product, failing which the refund request will not be entertained.
- When You are sending a refund request to Us, You are required to email us with the images of damaged, defective or substandard Product at firstname.lastname@example.org, along with Your details including Name, Address, Contact Number and Order Number, thereafter company representative would speak to You and on mutual agreement, would assign a return code. You will have to return the Product without using it. (The tags and packaging should be intact).
- Kindly allow at least 14 days for us to revert to You for resolving any issue.
- If any order is returned to us due to the unavailability of the You/User,We shall reach out to You/User, and try to resend the shipment for an additional shipment fee. If You/User are not able to receive the Product after 5 days, We shall retain 50% of the Payment as cancellation fees and cancel the order and refund 50% of the total amount to You.
- You understand that any refund claims is valid, provided the Product is unused and is in the same condition as when delivered with all packaging and tags intact.
- No refunds shall apply on custom orders or One-Off pieces or items bid and paid for on auction. However it shall may also be specified on the Product page whether a Product can not be returned.
- Once a refund claim has been approved, it shall be Your responsibility to pack the Product properly and send it to Us with the tags, bills and invoices. Once the team confirms the receipt of Product in good condition, after mutual agreement for refund, the amount shall be refunded to You within 7 days directly to the account You paid with. The refund is also subject to the issuing banks policy.
